Message from David 2

After hours of work on the set David wrote a lovely message to his fans, as a thank you for his birthday card:

“Thank you so much to all the fans who took the time to sign the
online birthday card. And a special thank you to Geraldine in
particular for organizing the whole thing. I am very touched by your
lovely messages (thought I can’t ever remember comparing frankfurters
with anyone in Soho!) and was pleased to see how far the appreciation
of ‘Little Britain’ has spread. Fans from Australia, Denmark, Spain,
South Africa and of course the Netherlands all signed it.

I was working hard on my birthday, filming at Pinewood Studios. As you
probably already know Matt and I are making a new series for the BBC
which is a spoof documentary about life in an airport. It’s going
really well. All the characters and situations are brand new, and
there will be lots of very special guest stars. The show will be on in
the UK at Christmas.

Much love to you all and thank you again for making my birthday so
special. David xxx”
